St. David’s Project
Belrose lane is a renovated 1911 stone carriage home designed by architect Ann Ledger. After demolition was started only the original stonewalls, framing and roof was used to begin the renovation of this beautiful home. The exterior detail was restored to maintain its original detail. All new, historically accurate, custom millwork was installed for the interior. Radiant heating runs under the new oak, quarter sawn floors throughout the house. Meticulous craftsmanship is evident from the bathroom and kitchen tile work through the custom cabinetry and built in casework. The home is elevator ready. Adding a two-car garage that leads into a mudroom area gives easy family access. Thoughtful consideration and care was taken to transform an old horse and carriage dwelling into this stunning comfortable and historically accurate home with many modern amenities.
